Thanks. I am getting close to upgrading to one of those 2 from a bx1860 that has served me well for 11 years. Need a little more power or I'd keep the 1860.

2680 will give you lots more gettity-up go. I'm running the bigger heavy duty front mount 54" snow blower and it flings snow a country mile. Really love my 2680 as I am approaching my 3rd winter in Ontario with it.

There is a fan guard, but it is not good enough. Most people go with the Under Armour for better protection of the fan and fuel filter.

I agree!! AND I placed the under armour on it when the MMM came off!!!

Far as I know - both CANNOT be used together - they share common points of lift.

The Brotek skid plate is a two piece which works with MMM.
