I,m going to buy a brush cutter for my BX 25D .I want to get the 48 inch one instead of the 42 inch . Has anyone had a problem with the 48 inch on a BX ?

48 should be fine, and will cover your wheel width.

I agree with everyone else - you want to get a 48" - easier to cut that fence line too!
