I found the plastic tab under the hood for the cowling mount snapped off under the hold down bolt. I decided to repair it by adding some 16g sheetmetal, sandwiching the plastic mounts on both sides. Hope this holds up. Looks like a branch got up between the flywheel and the small metal shield in front of it, and pushed it up into the cowling enough to break the tab. Fixed that too by adding another 16g sheetmetal shield there. Should have no more problems there.
