I have a 2000 BX1800 with the 60" mmm and 3pt hitch on the rear. Tires are R1 ag flotation with no other options on the tractor. It currently has 190 hours on it. I would like to add a snowplow to the front of the tractor for cleaning my driveway this winter. What parts, options etc would I need to get a snowplow to work or is this not possible for my model tractor? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Since you did not mention a loader, so you would need a 4 way valve/joystick, quick hitch and depending on if you wanted hydraulic angling 60" blade which IIRC came with the swing cylinder. The 54" standard blade had only up and down with manual angling!

You would have to find used for the valve (Good Luck) and the blade package. It would be the same set up for the 1500 and 2200 models.

So if I went with the manual 54" snowplow I would still need to add the 4 way valve/joystick? I was hoping the quick hitch would use the mmm lift and push the blade up. I don't have a problem with manual turning the angle but it does need to be able to lift up and down.

The Front quick hitch uses hydraulic cylinder on the front to lift up and down. Then you can use the manual move for left/right, or there is a spot there for another ram to connect with.

Yes you would need the valve to lift the plow, No it does not hook or lift with the mmm, which is actually lifted by the three point. ;)
