Wow, that is a bargain. I know guys love that Piranha tooth bar for cutting roots and brush, but this bar is made to dig dirt, clay and hard material. I've got a 5' and a 6' for each loader size. Bolt on/off in 5 minutes with two bolts.

Last week I was digging dirt with a 65Hp tractor with a 6' smooth bucket. Broke a hydraulic hose trying to get a bucket full. New hose, and tooth bar, and dug all day!

Put in in your local CL or FB and you'll sell it in a few days!

thanks Cat, i never used it, it came with the machine, and the seller did remark how effective it was. I figured the piranha bar would be better but I'm only guessing as i have no experience with either. Maybe i should just hang onto this thing.

I would hang on to it for sure. That $120 will not effect your daily life! Just keep it. It won't rust away, and one use and you'll be glad.

Bolt it on and experiment with it.

hang on to it..they make great grubbing bars for digging in soils with boulders etc.

I have a similar one that was on my old BX...had a shop weld in some steel so now I can use it on my B2650. I also have a piranha bar, but like the long toothed bar for ripping up the woods.

I really appreciate you guys intervening and pointing this out. I assumed the piranha bar from BXpanded was for the same work, but now i know these are two different tools, I will keep this sucker. Thanks for the intervention!
