BX Oil and HST Filter wrench's

Can the one in your link be used to tighten the new filter, or is it just used for removal of the old used one ?

I have a BX and this is the one I use, works good for me:

Don't know why you'd want to tighten a filter with a wrench. Some oil on the gasket and turn it until the "O" ring sets on the metal face, then about 1/4 turn further so should be fine.

Ditto that. Filter wrench is for loosening a canister filter.
