As Hokie says, there are a bunch of fittings!

If you don't have one, a lock and lube coupler is a great thing! Daren Todd talked me into one this year, and I love it! I think several of us bought them at the same time this spring.:p

They're expensive, but man, makes it go real quick, especially with a pneumatic grease gun.:D

Hokie - my 54" deck also has one about 6" aft of the tension pulley - your #36 fitting. Just inboard of the left side mount.

Not sure yours has the same.

Sure are allot of Zerks on this thread.:D

I have one on the back side of the front axle pivot that is a real pain to get to and easily over looked.

The only fitting I cannot get the lock N load zerk tool on is the pedal.

So... I bought a 2-1/2" long zerk and screwed it in to my my grease guns original press N hold fitting. When I do the pedal, I attach that to the lock N load and hit the pedal zerk. All of the rest, the lock N load works great.

36 hours on my BX25D since August, 1, 2015.
So glad I got a pneumatic grease gun.........

I too have to admit - cutting on the air compressor is the worst part of greasin the ol girl!!!!:D

I think I can get my Lock-n-lube on the HST pedal, I will have to double check that one......

that lock-n-lube is some of the best money spent!:)
