goto Kubota parts online, lookup your tractor, find 'rear end' pictures ??

I suspect you're desrtoyed a differential gear ?

First get the WSM (aka service manual), 9Y011-12961
Then using the WSM as a guide disassemble.
And as greensvillejay said go to:
There you will find the part numbers needed to get replacement parts.

I really hope for your sake you didn't break the main case as that's a $2500+ case.

This is part of one of the "stickies" at the top of the forum section. Old, but probably still valid. Has a section for used parts.

If you can , post pictures of the damage..maybe it's not as bad and can be repaired by welding?
it'd be interesting to know WHAT broke, and how, as I've not been gentle with my BX23S....
If the '23' is a newer version of the '22', it might help is finding parts? Maybe buying a 'blown engine 23' might have a good 'hydro unit' for you ?
Just trying to think of economical options....

All I can think is the BX22 was available as the tractor the same as my BX2200, when I purchased the BX2200 about 20 years ago.

IF it is a major repair, I would likely just try to find a replacement, and use what I have on hand from the original tractor for spares in the future for the replacement tractor. Even better, sale of a good engine could offset the cost of the replacement significantly.

That being said, at this point in my life, I would probably elect to just buy a new replacement BX23S. Then try to sell off parts.

BUT it seems like availability for new tractors is not good.

FYI:
A BX23S is a newer version of a BX25
The BX22 is way back in the chain, BX23, BX24, BX25, then BX23S.
No the BX23 and BX23S not the same.

These models have some of the same parts:
BX1500D
BX1800D
BX1830D
BX2200D
BX2230D
BX22
BX23
To know what parts cross you'll need to be specific about what parts you need.

Sadly several of the good Kubota scrap / recycle yards have closed their doors due to quite a few reasons.
If you list what parts you need, might be able to run down a source to get the parts.
