built this scarifer yesterday. has slots for 9 teeth, though there are only 5 in the picture. works great. picture was from test run, just needs paint now.

There are a pair of 5/8 nuts welded on top of the tube, on each side of the hole. a 1/2 inch pin holds them in place.

What I like best is the way you've built it if you needed to add weight you could always fab a "shelf" on the back too in order to put say a cement block or 2 without going overboard.

haven't needed weight yet just adjusted the top link so it pulls itself in.
