Block heat to deep, do I need a sleeve??

I pulled the frost plug but the block heater is to deep. Do I need a sleeve if so where do I get them from? I saw one for 32mm but not 35mm.
The plug was 35mm

I think I found a heat that might work, it made by zero start part #3100098
Anybody use these??

If you can get one that fits the hole without being too deep that's all it will take.
I'm betting the frost plug on the other side, Right behind the injection pump is a smaller plug, measure it too.
