hello all,
so i've been having an issue with my bh77 swinging to the right, swings fine to the left but as soon as it gets centered and starts to the right it slows and jerks a little. any clues to the issue? I've tried bleeding the hydraulic lines thinking there was air trapped, but no success.

I had a similar issue with mine (swinging to left). I assume this is a new unit?

Since I had to replace my BH control levers (the ones that came with the unit were for a cabbed tractor), my issue was resolved when I replaced them with the correct BH control sticks. I found that the control sticks were not installed correctly when I opened up the valve cover box. There are three joints connected to the bottom of the control sticks. Check to make sure that they are not causing the linkage to be "twisted" by making each connection "centered.

Sorry, it's rather difficult to describe, but look at how each control stick is connected to the valve links and adjust accordingly. You'll understand once you see it. In all likelihood, your swing to the right is not opening the valve enough to speed up the swing.

Thanks for the info. It's about a year old and I've taken the cover off, checked all the linkage and made adjustments. Still goes slow to right and jerks.

Not certain what is wrong based on the info provided, but perhaps a few these steps would help locate the root cause.

Swap the left and right hand hoses to see if the problem switches sides or stays.

Swap the swing cylinder(s) to see if the problem switches sides or stays.

With the swing cylinders disconnected, manually swing to see if there is an increase in force required to move to the trouble side. Of course be very careful when doing so.

Good luck
