The pressure relief valve and the check valves are in the valve block.
Get the WSM to find out how to test and repair them.
I had cleaned the relief valve but evidently I didn't go far enough. I split the valve off the housing first and thats all I did to clean, that made no difference. I then split the adjusting housing where the springs are and that appears to have been my problem, lost of debris in there. cleaned and all appears well

I got my fuel issue squared away also
Mystery solved, evidently when I changed the fuel filter, I left the bleed valve open from trying to bleed earlier and it pushed air back to the hose before the filter, once that hose going into the filter was taken off and started to flow fuel, it was reconnected to the filter and the world was right again. Thanks for everyones input
