Belt replacement

My flail mower has three belts and upon inspection one of the belts was split open in 3 places. I have a new belt, but the older belts are about 10mm longer with a 10 pound weight on them. I'm guessing this will put all the power on the new tighter belt. Is this an issue or will it stretch to be the same length as the other belts?
I was thinking of running it with no load (not cutting) for a while and let it stretch out without over stressing it.
Should this work or should all 3 belts be replaced at the same time?

If all three ride the same sheaves id replace them as a set.

Yep replace all at once or you'll just trash the new belt in nothing flat.

May flail mowers use what is call a power band. It would be 3 belts made together.
