Look at your manual? What charger is it? I'd assume that means there is a fault, bad connection, problem with the battery, charger problem, ect. But you won't know for sure without looking it up.

Is something on the tractor still left on, like the key isnt turned off all the way and the battery is putting out a constant power.

The way mine works is it blinks or flickers yellow for a moment every 5-8 seconds or so. That indicates the battery is fully charged and it pulses ever so slightly to make up for the self-discharging (which is why you use a tender/maintainer).

Nope thats not it,,, if i disconnect it the light goes red,, yellow when its charging and green when its done,, I looked but there is nothing on the tender or in the limited directions about it blinking. Oh yeah its a SEARS tender. I think you might be onto something there about the key turned or
something else. I tryed hitting the key not starting but like to the glow plugs and it started to blink and did so after I released the key,,, I will have to try this again,,,it also resets if I disconnect the leads and re-connect,,,

I take it then it is blinking rapidly?
I use the Sears also. I'd try disconnecting the battery cables to see if that changes the blinking. Then try it on a known working battery.
I had one battery that was working one day and shorted the next.

I don't know what brand it was, but I know of a family that lost thier house and everything in it in a fire that was blamed on a battery tender malfxn.

Well either my battery maintainer went tits up or my battery is so far gone on my tractor. I've been tinkering around on my tractor the past two days and I plugged in my maintainer last night and went to fire the tractor up this afternoon and nothing. Like usual I had to jump start the tractor to get her going. I've had an on going electrical problem for quite some time. I dunno maybe my dynamo has gone south!
