I have a B5200 tractor. The battery charge light stays on all the time on my tractor. I assumed the battery would run down until I could locate the problem but months have passed and the battery is being charged. Any thoughts on why the light stays on?

The light should stay on when a voltage is under "X" - not sure what that number is, but I would guess something under 12.
If you have a vom -
check voltage while OFF
check voltage while idling
check voltage at 70% or so - WOT
I would either say, that you are not producing enough voltage OR there is wiring hiccup somewhere!
