Backhoe swing arm movements

I recently purchased a well maintained 1999 B21 TLB with approx. 2400 hours. It has the BT751 backhoe. I’m new to backhoes and don’t know much about hydraulic valve bodies and spools, either.
The last couple of times out, I notice if I push the swing arm lever all the way to the left, it stops. I have to back off the lever a bit to have it move. Going right is fine. I also noticed the swing arm moves left whenever another cylinder, like the dipperstick or one of the stabilizers, reach their limit.
I know this isn’t a lot of information to go on, but am wondering if something needs adjustment, or maybe just some gunk got caught somewhere?
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Yes it sounds like you need to pull the valve and rebuild at least that section. ;)

I took the control valve assemble off and found one screw missing from the spool end cap. The other screw was loose. I put a new screw in and tightened them up and everything is back to normal.
