Leafy England....
Hi all,
It has been a long time since I was last on the forum, sadly life events etc have made things a bit more of a challenge for the last few years but things are on the up now so all is good.
Anyway, I still have the orange kit, L225 and B8200 and they just keep on going, well until today when I've had a clutch failure or clutch part in my B8200.

Kubota Clutch kits are just no longer available in the uk, and sparex just have no stocks either.
I've found a company near me that specialise in tractor clutch refurbishing so that will sort that out .

My main concern is splitting the front end, I've done similar with my other Kubota tractors in the past but does the B8200 have any special considerations or is it just a case of disconnecting the appropriate lines and fixings and then pulling the front away from bellhousing etc.

Any clarification etc on the subject would be really gratefully received.

Nope nothing special to split it.
Block the front axle to the frame, unbolt and disconnect parts and lines, then split it.

Many thanks for the reply, really appreciated it.
All split now and I require a new friction plate, which is a problem as there are no stocks in the Uk, pressure plate and release bearing, yes, but no friction.....

Things are never straightforward.

Rob, have you checked messicks.com to see if they will ship to you? Also I have the digital service manual for the 8200 if you don't have a copy.

I can only imagine how much they would charge to ship a clutch disk to England, I've heard enough complaints about there US shipping prices!

IF the choice is that or a custom clutch rebuild it may be cheaper even with high shipping. Funny story I can get a hydraulic top link shipped from the Netherlands to Virginia cheaper than a power steering cylender shipped from Texas!

I just want them to ship the parts I tried to order. They won’t even reply
I am new to finding parts for these tractors but, I have found an online compny called "German Bliss". I have found parts here for my B8200 and Woods BH750 That Messicks didnt carry any longer. Might be worth a looksee.
