B8200 Hydraulics driving us crazy

My brother and I have an older B8200 4wd that required a recent hydraulic pump change. The old one sheered the input key off. We've installed a new pump, cleaned out the control blocks and got nothing. We cleaned out the blocks again for good measure and nothing. So got another pump shipped out and still nothing. We know it's flowing good because we left off a line once and got a metric buttload of oil coming out. We don't have a pressure gauge. I am suspecting some trash somewhere in the system, maybe a relief valve, but we can't figure out where.

We've disconnected the FEL and have been testing with just the 3 point, but there is not even enough pressure to hold up a persons weight.

Does anyone have any ideas on where you would start looking? We pulled the relief valve from the control block, but it doesn't appear to be one that comes apart. Should it come apart?

Thanks for any help.

Does your diverter valve have an adjustment knob with a rollpin threw it for stops or one that screws in and out to stop? My older 8200 has one that has to be 20mm open to work the loader and 3pt.

You don't have flow to the three point because you have the loader off and as JPB7745 noted you much change the selector valve for the flow to go the right direction.
