My B7800 HST just let me down. It started like normal then shut down after traveling 5 to 8 feet. Restarted right up then shut down again. It always restarts and will run in neutral with no problem. I have since tried it in neutral and it seems to be a problem with movement of the drive control pedal as it shuts down in neutral as well as when in gear. Short circuit , sensor or what, any thoughts?

More than likely a seat switch issue.

Thank you Dave, this info gives me an idea where to start. I will not be able to look into the problem until Monday. Thanks again. Lawson

And the winner is Wolfman! Big shout out to Dave for the for the diagrams and switch on/off - open closed information. I used Dave's info and found everything to be ok. Only thing left was the seat switch. Mine went bad years back and I jumped the wires with a 5 Amp fuse. (don't do this at home kids) The fuse was not blown or bad but the spades had corroded, un plugged it cleaned the spades and away we go. Called the dealer ordered new seat switch, thank you gentlemen. Lawson
