B7510 HST clutch sticking down have to pull up

During hurricane Harvey here in Beaumont , Texas tractor went completely
under water . Finally got it dry and running good . But now after all the work it
did for me the clutch pedal wants to stay down and squeak. I can pull it up and all works fine. I bought it new and have always maintained it .Love my tractor
what can I do? It is HST so clutch is not used for shifting gears just for engaging PTO. Is there a grease fitting that I am missing?

You need to split it and open it up and check for rust and damage.
