Am i Cooked?
Overheated (1st time) - Boiling out the grill -- Radiator screen clogged - grass - dirt (Family running tractor since a surgery)
Still had a bit of coolant in tank -when cold added .3gal to radiator
Check of oil showed no milky - no leaks under machine -
Suggestions to assure no damage?

Pull off the radiator cap, run the tractor, if no bubbles and no over heat after a good run time, then you might have dodged the bullet.
