B7300 Fuel Tank Removal

I feel certain my B7300 fuel tank has something blocking the fuel supply line. Tractor starts, runs, then sputters after random time periods. Blowing fuel line backwards into tank solves problem for random periods of time. I have drained tank with no visible debris. Loosened cap checking for vacuum... Filter and bowl is clean.Can someone describe how B7300 fuel tank is removed or link me to service manual description? Thank you.

Have you checked the lift pump?

It will also cause the same symptoms.
