I'll also point out you have the side links geometry or length wrong, or possibly just a stop issue.
But the way you have it now your going to damage the cylinder rod and cylinder seals.

Your bowing the rods on extension, that should not happen.

Pivot lengths are right on the money. Doesnt appear to be any damage to cyl shaft thk goodness. Definitely needs stops welded on. Thx for catching that

Didnt waste any time and found this 48" bucket and screw on forks came with it for cheap (to me) on the market place. Over 200lb bucket. Will adapt my miniskid QA bracket to this now. Will be able to move the pivots back with this normal bucket

The problem w/ these buckets for me is that they use a good part of the lifting capacity of the tractor.

Thats why i think mini skid implements will work great. Not as heavy. You can get heavy duty american or the thinner light duty chinese stuff. Both should work.

Update on my miniskid bracket. Finally got back on it... Moved it back, moved brackets around to get better supports. Swapped plate sides. Tacked it up. Will try bucket tmrrw.

You need to tie your side plates together.
And you still have your mounting plates too far out, they should not extend further than the front of your side plates.
That will keep your pivot points at the right place.

Thx for your feedback.
Side plates are not done yet. Pivots are 3 inches. Original is 2-2.5. If i would have bought wider plates for the inside I could drop back square tubing and mounts another 1/2-1 inch rearward with limit being bucket will hit cylinder at full curl. I need the 3 inch space from square bar to mtg plate for pin locks space. Ill evaluate one more time today but pretty sure its staying as is.
either way you will never get a regular skid plate quick attach with pivots this close to original. (Because you have to mount the plate between the loader arm and attacment which must include locking pin clearance for all your moving handle crap. with this setup i can move this whole thing car rearward if needed more. Dont know if ill run out and buy more steel for a 1/2" or mayb an inch. Will see whats what today.

I zoomed in here so u can see better. Im about 2.5 inches from pivot. If my side plate was wider i could drop back even farther. I could go behind the pivot if i wanted. ( if i had wider plate to weld ro)

Please show me what your regular skidplate quick attach version add on you did showing your pivot distance. I gaurantee its not the original pin on bucket pivot distance. Its going to be a minimum +2 inches more than original.

Here is a pic with the bucket mini skid mount plate on. U can see where i need clearance for the locking pins on bottom of plate. Its the oval holes. U can only see one in this pic

Im on a roll this morning. Here is pic of the original kubota engineered bucket. Same loader i have. Pivot is 2.25" mine is 3.5" this will work fine and better imo but the wolf is forcing my hand to take it to the original 2.25 so i can squeeze every mathematical ounce of lift capacity out of the machine. Not sure how much more .75 inch gonna get me but im going to show it can be done.
and u wont get this kind of pivot distance with a regular skid q attach mounted in front of loader arms. (On this machine)
I got to get to work
