Try measuring inside / outside diameter of the lip seals, and call a bearing supplier. You can also try cleaning the paint off the flat portion of the lip seal with brake cleaner and you might be able to find a part number and manufacturer stamped in the face of it. If you can find the part number, you can call a bearing supplier or auto parts store and see if they can match the number. It looks like a common style lip seal. The third option would be to remove the seal, and take it in and have it matched up

ID,OD,and Width. Without an accurate caliper this could turn in to an ordeal.
Clean seal as mentioned and look closely for numbers stamped in.
If you remove seal before cleaning, likely the number will be obliterated.

Most times a screw and a claw hammer will get it out.

Napa has or can get seals fairly cheaply and quickly, you just need the number or size of the seal. ;)
