B5200 Blue/White wire near fuses ?

OK... WHat's this wire for ? Not on any schematic I've seen. I just got this B5200 and am getting it running and cleaned up. (unused for a few years).
There is a black wire next to it with a ring lug and the blue/white wire has a barrel connector on it.

Every model has "extra" wires for add on options, in this case it really might help if you tell us the location of the "extra" wires.

Front Left side, right next to the fuses, near the positive terminal of the battery.
I imagine it is for some option but surprised it is not on any schematic.
