Hi all, i am brand new to the site so please excuse me if this has been brought up... i wasnt able to find anything on it . Was wondering if anyone has any experience with a b5200 ? I'm looking at a few for sale. found one I am interested in and was just wondering if this tractor can run a 48" brush hog. flat field, doesnt need to chop wood just a lot of golden rod some thick grasses in spots. I gotta go old for price and small so I can trailer it back and forth to the property. the tractor in question is gear drive 4wd but that little 3 cylinder engine is only 13 or 14 hp with about 11 hp at the pto... one fella trying to sell me one tells me it cuts great..but he is trying to sell me one !! figured might be a good idea to ask around.... any info is appreciated.. i don't care about powering through the field...just want to keep it manageable..probably about 7 acres

First run threw might me a little slow but keep up with it and don't let it get over grown and you should be fine.

Also keep an eye on temps and clean the outside of the radiator often to keep air flowing and temp down.

You will need different rims for the ag tires.
I used a 48" brush cutter behind a 1994 B7100 and it was rated at 16 hp...12.5 pto. It pulled it pretty good, just had to slow down in the thicker stuff.
