Im not really sure what your looking for,, Both have some good points and both some not so much, some people like green others orange. So if you give us a little more information Im sure someone can come up with a tractor that is compatible with the green one. But if you asking which one is better,, well ask here then go to the green site and ask, and no matter which site they will all have something bad to say about the competition, All I know is I have had green tractors and yellow tractors and red tractors,,, and I now have an orange tractor that will do everything I want and then some. Also if price is a concern then you might want to look at the 0% with the big K vs what other tractor. Also, look into what the resale would be, green tractors don't seem to hold the resale to well at least in my neck of the woods anyway

Not sure which one is comparable. But my experience with Deere dealers hasn't been all that great in the past few years. Got probably 100 plus green motors in my fleet locally. From 35 hp to 600 hp motors :D My beef with the local Deere dealer is with parts and service. Local service dept has gone off there rocker as far as how they bill and what they charge for, and there mechanics are terrible. And I can pretty much expect the parts dept to give me the wrong part when I order something the first couple times around. Even after giving them the engine serial number  Still fighting with them over a couple bills. Mechanic burned up a couple pressure relief valves, and they are trying to charge me for six of them  at $900 a pair for the high and low prv  I quit buying parts from them all together. I can get the same parts cheaper with shipping, three hours away. And as long as I call before 3pm, UPS will have them at my shop by 9am the next morning :D As a bonus, I have the right part the first time

RK,

Not sure if it matters but...

As I understand it, the green tractors in the smaller classes are built in India where they install a really nice Japanese motor. Those are then shipped to the US. I believe the trannys are built in India under license from the US.

Kubota builds the engine/tranny/rear end and ships those completed and joined units to Georgia where all the rest of the parts are American manufactured and installed. Kubotas keep Americans employed on the manufacturing side as well as the sales and service side. Green tractors are primarily supporting a sales arm alone.

If anybody sees an error in my post, please correct me.

Good luck! Its always a tough choice!

Ray

Would the JD2032 be the competion for to the B3350? If not what is?
Thanks
Ron
A true Kubota lover would say no, the JD2032 is no competition for the B3350.

A true JD lover would say no, the B3350 is no competition for the JD2032.

The truth is, they are similar in many ways, so yes, they compete for sales. If you can give some details about you tractor needs, perhaps folks can help you determine which would fit you better.

I have a JD and Kabota dealer local. Want a 3350 but they don't have one. Was wondering what the equivalent JD is. Like Camaro/mustang or F150/1500.

I might add that my local dealer has a brand new green tractor sitting amidst the orange ones. I asked about it and he told me that green tractor has gotten the salesman of the month award for the last 6 months,,

Depending on what you want to do, consider a B2650, which is not tier 4, or L3301. Both of those are nice tractors.

Looked at the l3301 on the Kabota site. They don't offer a front snowblower so that rules it out. The 2650 gives up almost 10 pto hp. That seems like a lot.

OK so other than a snow blower what else are you planning on doing with it, oh and by the by you wont miss a thing on that blower with the fewer HP. The 2650 is a tuff little machine, dont make your decisions on HP alone, there is a lot more to the story. Though it almost sounds like your wanting a green tractor anyways. But, which ever way you go, the main thing is to enjoy it and use it and always be safe

I just had a look at both tractors, the 2650 pto is 19.5 and the Deere is 23.
Not sure where you got your specs from.
I also looked at the green tractors. In the end the orange tractor came out on top.

Looked at the l3301 on the Kabota site. They

You are dropping down a notch with the 2650 - in $$$$ and HP , compare it to a lower tier JD - you will find that HP vs HP they will match back up.

Right now you are looking at apples vs oranges - YOU have not mentioned what cost you are looking to spend, what will you do with the machine other than throw snow?

And looking on the KUbota site, you can see all the Kubota options, hundreds of other options that can be mated to these tractors. A snow blower can be mated on the front end of almost any machine if you have the time and money!:)

It all boils down to which one YOU like better. I think that in today's market the top brands are very close to each other in price, durability, and options. There are only so many ways to make a tractor .
For me choosing orange was a no brainer . When you think compact tractor what brand comes to mind first ? Kubota . They have made them for years. Deer and others have dabbled with them over the years but their main stay is in much larger equipment. Makes you wonder how much of their resources went into building the small machines as compared to Kubota who has done it for so long.
But like I said, if down deep you like green,or red, or whichever brand , then go that way.

Before you buy the Deere you might want to read through all the green forums. You will see that even though they changed the model numbers, they still come with all the same ongoing issues. Like loader stands that bend and rub, cheap fuel tank brackets that bend over time and the filler rubs the hood, hard to service u-joints and failures that JD tries to hide and won't come good for, auto-connect decks that don't always work like advertised and having to push buttons every time you want to back up while mowing to keep the pto engaged.
Then add the fact that my JD/Kubota dealer himself (and the owner owns JD big equipment on his farm) that Kubota is far better to deal with for warranty and they really look into problems when they find them........my money goes to orange.

1st post here and yes that RIO switch and having to pull it to keep the PTO engaged was a drag. One small reason why I left JD and became a Kubota owner.

I was looking at 2025/2032 models along with L3400 Kubota that a neighbor had(sold). Found a lightly(32hrs) used 2011 L3200 w/ a LA524 FEL in Tulsa OK. And am a happy that I made that choice in orange.

Check out dealer ship reviews and complaints as well. Our bota dealer has people come buy from them, from all over the state. Has a great bunch of people working for them.

The local green stealer er.... dealer will rob you blind. Gotta bus my equipment to a dealer 30 miles away just to keep from getting robbed by the service department.

They would be close, B3350 I think is a bit bigger frame. You can get great advice from the senior members on OTT, they really helped me a lot. I went with a BX25D, and the 55" snow blower. Looking forward to some snow soon so I can review the setup, YouTube had many videos from the last couple winters and the little BX does a great job. Let peel know what your land is like, size of property, and what you are looking to do with the tractor and you will get great advice around here.

What part of the state are you in? If in the cities, we could meetup and try my little machine if that would help.

Good luck with the hunt :)
