I'm having a problem with my parking brake. It's very difficult to get it to set and when I do get it set, it pops off again when I get on the step to get back on. I've looked underneath where the latch is and can't seem to find what's wrong with it. Does anyone have any ideas?

If your tractor is still under warranty I would call your dealer and get them to fix it. Seeing how it is the parking brake, it is a safety issue and I am sure they will want to get it fixed for you fairly quick.

How much pedal travel is there? Use a ruler to measure from the top of pedal with brake released and again with with the pedal depressed. I don't know the exact spec for your tractor but 3/4" is common.
