I have a Kubota B3200 tractor that won't start. I was using it, turned it off to check something behind me, and then it wouldn't restart. I've gone through the usual and have a rear PTO lever that's stuck and won't disengage. The mid PTO lever has no problems at all. I'm not using any accessories, but the rear PTO is tuck for some reason and I can't get it to move back into the 'off' position to restart the tractor. Help.

The rear PTO lever stuck in the on position will stop you dead in your tracks, there is a safety switch that will not let it start when the lever is engaged.

The PTO lever is very simple and with a quick visual check, you will be able to see the rod that connects it to the shift fork.
If all is good there, then your looking at a deeper problem, and will require some serious teardown and repair.
