Do you guys let your tractor warm up any before doing a task such as mowing? And after do you let it idle for a few min to cool off or just shut it down?

When i use my MMM i use around 2100-2300 RPM is the right RPM?

Per the operators manual calls for 2500 rpm for the mid pto, and I always warm up the tractor before operating and idle for a few minutes before shutdown to let temps to stabilize on my B2650.

I always let my B2650 warm up and cool down. The other poster was correct that rpm for the mmm is 2500 rpm. Diesel engines are made to work. Any other tasks I do such as loader work I run in the 2200-2400 rpm range. The rear pto rpm is 2400 like when using a 3 pt finish mower.
