I’ve got a B2650 with the LA534 loader. While driving around both cylinders rattle back and forth where they connect at the top and bottom. Does anyone else’s do this? Is there a way to stop it?

You can use more grease.
Or you could replace the pins.

Mine does the same thing, gets better after greasing.mine only does it when bucket is curled all the way back, I have found if I curl the bucket forward a little and get the weight of the bucket on the pins it stops.

If it is really bothering you knock out the pins and measure them against the bore of the knuckle. It sounds either the bore has egg shaped from no grease or being to soft, or the pins have worn from being to soft or no grease. Either way pumping grease in will fill the offending voids and stop or quiet the noise ,, at least for a little bit

I find that the worst (noise) offender is the bucket level indicator. That thing is a definite rattle trap.

Plastic washers are your best friend for that loader with all that rattling just undew all the cotter pins and put those washers in between the metal peices and rattlings all gone for the leveler

Agreed. I've just been too absent minded to remember them when at the hardware store...adding them to my list

Follow up...Thanks again for the reminder. Took care of that issue today with 10 3/8" nylon washers. Also eliminated the ROPS rattle with two M10 1.25-20 bolts. All good for now.
