I’m considering replacing my factory D1005 engine with a D1105-T for more horsepower (32.9). I realize I may have to use the old oil pan. Looking for advice, especially from anyone who has done this swap. Thanks

Not a wise choice!
You are asking a 20hp power train to handle a 12HP increase!
Buy a bigger tractor!

I used to work with a guy who had a Jeep C J 7.

He pulled the 6 cylinder factory engine out and put a high horsepower up v8 in it. Then he smoked his clutch so that had to be upgraded.
Then he twisted his driveshaft, so he had to upgrade that. Then his rear end failed and he had to upgrade that. . .

Just sell your tractor and buy a larger one.
