I have a B2301 that just started having issues with the 3pt raising and lowering. It only raises when it hits 7 on the height indicator and lowers all the way when it just passes 7 on the linkage. I adjusted the linkage with no luck. It looks like the shaft coming out of the valve is square with a C clip and is turning when I actuated the raise/lower handle. I can see the bottom feedback shaft turning some but it turns only when I adjust to 7. Any ideas?

Does the three point reach the full up and full down position as you move the lever?
If it does you have no issue, it's just the way the system works.

It does reach the upper position but once I come off the upper position it drops immediately. No control or reaction until I hit 7 on the indicator. I would call it no fine control between 0 and 7 on the indicator.

• By chance, does the implement you have on the 3ph hit the ground when the control hits 7?
• Do you have the feedback adjusted so that at 10 the lift stops just before the relief opens?

At setting 0-6 it stays on the ground and raises all the way when it hits 7
I have the feedback adjusted where it stops right before the relief opens

I don't think the valve in that model is not proportional, the numbers mean nothing.
Up is up and down is down.

Confirm whether the small valve-side linkage under the seat/fender area moves immediately when the hand position control lever is moved from the bottom.

If the valve-side linkage also delays until about 2/3 lever travel, focus on the external input linkage between the hand lever and position control valve.

If the valve-side linkage moves immediately but the horizontal rear 3-point arms do not lift until about 3/4 lever travel, focus on the position control valve spool or internal valve operation

The main control does move the valve when I try to raise or lower. The bottom/feedback bracket moves freely on the valve shaft I think. The bracket is held on the shaft by an e clip but the shaft looks square from my point of view. But, everything I can find says the shaft is keyed or pinned so it's a little confusing.
