Good Morning Everyone:

Found yesterday that the water pump on my B2150 has crapped out and I'm preparing to replace it. I have a few questions that I was hoping to get some input on:

1) Torque specs -- anyone know them for the water pump and thermostat housing?

2) RTV -- do I need to use it for the water pump and/or thermostat gaskets?

3) I've already disassembled the front-end, so I'm taking care of some other maintenance: thermostat, belt, all coolant hoses, coolant flush, fuel filter, air filter, and oil change for good measure. Anything else that would be worthwhile to check on or proactively replace while I've already got her in pieces?

Thanks for your input!

The WSM probably has the spec listed in it to torque per bolt size, most things external to the engine do don't have a specific torque setting. ;)
