mower to backhoe with separate pto pump. my pto output power 13hp. flow needed 20gpm to mower at about 2000psi. is there enough pto power to do this?
I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do. Use a skid steer flail on the B21 loader with a PTO pump? In any case 20 GPM x 2000 PSI = about 25 HP, so no go. Also, how much does that mower weigh?mower to backhoe with separate pto pump. my pto output power 13hp. flow needed 20gpm to mower at about 2000psi. is there enough pto power to do this?
Yes flail on bt751. Mower weight 250 lb or 500lb depending on model. Not sure dipper stick can handle bigger units cant find data on dipper pick strength. CORRECTION 30 LITERS PER MINUTE. So about 8 gpm.I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do. Use a skid steer flail on the B21 loader with a PTO pump? In any case 20 GPM x 2000 PSI = about 25 HP, so no go. BT851 is the backhoe. Are you wanting to put this on the front or back? I don't know anything about flail mowers, but if you're thinking about using this as a ditch mower, it sounds like a good way to turn your tractor over.Yes flail on bt751. Can't help you there.Replace backhoe bucket. Hill mower. Bottom up. Will need tank, what size? 10 gal? Pto pump that fits, which one? hyd oil cooler? Dtent flow control or direct run only using pto? Pressure relief valve, which one? Hoses, which brand, pressures?
I had a B21 for 15 years and loved the machine. It’s very over built and capable but your asking too much out of it by trying to run a flail mower on the dipper stick. Hydraulic power pack hanging off the front loader for a counter weight and the needed hydraulic pressure...it might be doable, but for the cost you could buy a better suited machine and not tear the backhoe up on the B21.Replace backhoe bucket.
