Hi there, I am replacing the hydraulic oil in my B1750HST. I have drained the old oil, (3 drain plugs removed), replaced the hydraulic filter and removed and cleaned the two hydraulic oil strainers. My Operators Manual states 13.5 litres hydraulic oil capacity, however this is for B1750HSE and B1750HSD. (No specific mention of B1750HST). I went ahead and assumed 13.5 litres for my B1750HST. After putting in 10.5 litres the transmission case was completely full, up to the top of the dipstick hole. Can someone please confirm the oil capacity for the B1750HST. I don't know whether it seems to be overfilled because the hydraulic lines are not full. Should I drain some oil to the correct level on the dipstick, or should I run the machine to see if the hydraulic lines take up some of the excess oil and the level goes down. I don't want to risk blowing any oil seals with an overfilled transmission! Thanks.

HSE is a 2wd HST
HSD is a 4wd HST

Yes drain the fluid back to the correct level. ;)
