3 point hitch goes all the way up as soon as tractor is started and will not go back down until tractor is turned off, control lever seems to do nothing, recent fluid change with utf2 from Kubota, new seals in piston. Any help is appreciated. I currently have the valve off and noticed this o ring is bad. Also what is this valves function in the second picture

The valve in the second picture is the hydraulic outlet for the loader.

Perhaps you should solicit some advice and think this through a bit before taking things apart.

Thanks Dan just trying to get it fixed, was narrowing my problem down to the control valve wanted to take it apart to see if I could find the issue

The three point will come down if the position control valve opens. Its not the oring - more likely the control linkage is no longer connected. Or ypu have the feedback rod so far out of whack its locked up. I assume you have already confirmed the lowering speed valve is open.

yes the lowering speed valve is open, and the control linkage is in the section with the handle correct? They push on a spring? Both linkage seem to be as they should when I took it apart

I'm only guessing, however, I believe that the value of your tractor has taken a quick and sudden drop in value since you started to take it apart.

Value is of no concern, the tractor has been apart multiple times. If you have advise on fixing it would be appreciated not appraisals on value
