I just know I had found a weight spec for the 6’ B2673 snow blade but I can’t for the life of me remember where I found it or what it was. Can anyone help me out? Thanks. George

Thanks! That was just what I was looking for. And maybe a bit surprising. I was trying to decide between the Land Pride and Kubota 72" snow blades. My dealer had both in stock so I was able to do a side by side comparison. It really was six of one and half a dozen of the other, IMHO. There were features I liked about each one but in the end I went with the Land Pride. It looks like it is beefier to me, but given the weight just quoted the Kubota outweighs it by 100 lbs! Again, without bothering to get into specifics, there were some points I liked about both, but it came down to my preference for the beefier trip springs and the way they're set up on the Land Pride. And having had no experience with either one, I might very well be completely wrong. Both companies are known for quality products and I'm sure either one will work as advertised. The price was basically a wash too. Now all I need is a little snow to see how the B 2650 handles it! George

I know this is an old thread
But I just bought a never used b2673 plowsetup with power angle. Where can I get a rubber or poly edge for it. I know it will destroy my old asphalt driveway as it has hills and valleys

It's going to be significantly less expensive to buy a blank edge, and drill the required holes yourself. I buy from "universal urethane" and drill the poly edge and add my own hardware.

With polyurethane a wood cutting bit works well, and I just clamp the edge on onto the moldboard then drill through the OEM holes. With thicker poly (1.5" in my case) I use regular bolts with large washers. The thicker poly is not cheap, but lasts longer (particularly if 90 durometer material).

I think you're referring to UHMWPE or UHMW for short. Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is an extremely tough plastic with high abrasion and wear resistance. Please note it in not an ethylene, not a urethane.

Great suggestion on your part, but wanted to make certain the OP looks for the correct material.

Poly urethane is a material used in commercial snowplowing. I have not used poly ethylene, as I am satisfied with d90 poly urethane.
Perhaps one is better than the other, but I suspect they each have their positives and negatives.
