Today is Geddy's birthday! He's 3 years old today.

Got a new Mr. Bill and a toy alligator for his birthday.

He’s pretty good with the plush toys. Loves Mr. Bill…..we always get greeted with Mr. Bill when we get home.

Cody goes back to the Vet on tuesday and I hope he gets clearance from the vet that his foot is good to go. He's in no pain and no swelling whatsoever.

He's been walking with my wife on a leash like a champ. I'm impressed. He's a real smarty.

He's growing like a weed.

Pulling out this morning the wife asked if I remembered to set the alarm. I said I set both. The house alarm and......
The German Shepard alarm..........She'll stay right in that window till we get back.

The rarity ups or amazon will actually come past our first gate and come down the driveway to the house, they'll never cross the second gate when they see her there. Quite intimidating.

Where's Waldo.

Actually his name is Monty and he is 4 months old and 45lbs in this picture.
He pretty much vanishes when he is in the leaves. We have had a few German Shepherd
Dogs and this guy has been the easiest to train, non reactive and very calm with
new things.

on the way to work...

He's really good in the car for some reason. It's really the only place he behaves. I'm thinking about just leaving him in there.

Geddy’s got to learn to relax……. ;)

Sunshine has been very infrequent lately.

Hell, I’d do that if I could.

We had talked about getting a dog for here on the farm for a while now that the kids have gotten a bit older.
This one just kind of showed up one day...
Well not really, but a friend of my nephew was giving her away so she brought her out one afternoon a month ago and we all fell in love.
Tato, as the girl who dropped her off called her and it stuck as a name that suits her well, is a Bernese mountain dog. Now about 14 weeks old. She's doubled in size since we've got her.
For a puppy she's amazingly relaxed and well behaved.

Her favorite spot is the same as mine. On the back deck watching the sun go down.
Or resting tired eyes while the sun goes down...
