How cool is that! It's so nice to see them flourishing again. I live in central Pennsylvania near Raystown Lake. We have several nests around the lake and also along our rivers. I had one fly over my house a few years ago. It felt like Christmas as a kid to see it.

Her camera is a Cannon Powershot SX40 with no big lens, most of the shots were not very far away, we live in the woods, have to come out to hunt, lol.

We have eagles here on our river as well, a nest about 100 yards away. We also have some rough legged hawks around which are also beautiful to watch!
