Polaris Ranger Kinetic is the ticket.
It isn't totally silent, but very close.
It's basically a proven Ranger XP 1000 but with an electric motor.
2 models. Premium and Ultimate. Ultimates have 2 batteries, and an 80 mile range (give or take, depends on loading, how you drive, etc but I have in fact put 80 miles on a charge). The premiums will run about 35-40 mi, single battery in those.
You can put the Ranger XP1000 doors on them as well, and a lot of other accessories. Toss a glass front windshield and back panel on one, have the heater installed at the dealer, and you're set for winter. The heater is AWESOME. On a normal gas engine you have to wait for the engine to warm up to make heat from the heater. On the Kinetics the heat is instant, within 5 seconds of turning the heater on. It runs off of the battery, so it is going to reduce range a little bit if you run the heater a lot-but you won't have to because it heats so well you can turn it way down in about a minutes' time. Just like the XP's, they also have power steering and such.
I want one but I don't think we'd use it enough to justify buying it. We have a Ranger XP1000 2018 model and don't use it much. I may end up selling it, haven't decided yet.
I work for a dealer, once they leave we rarely see them again. Don't see a lot of problems out of them. They've been out since 2023 as 24 model year so I figure if they were problematic, I'd see a bunch of them in the shop and we just don't. A few recalls early on but that's it.
