Yes, but I wouldn't do it.
A BL4590 is a three point BH
And three point BH's are know to cause major damage to tractors.
A 4 point subframe model is a much better option.
If your going to throw caution to the wind and use it, at least use the top link reinforcement bracket.
Your going to have to make it as it's been long discontinued.
This is the bracket for another model, but yours will need something similar.
