Hey all,

Was curious to have some comments on an idea that was brought to me. A client I work with has a K008-3 that they are using to build legal mountain bike trails up here in Northern California. They were wondering if it would be possible for me to fabricate/install a 4 way blade on their machine. Are there attachments off the shelf for this, or anyone that has done something similar on such a small machine? Any information is helpful, thank you.

Is it possible yes, is it logical no.

There isn't a whole lot of room or clearance to work with.
If the blade is too far out front then the machine will not be able to move effectively.

Another thing to consider is side force and lateral force that can cause the unit to become very unstable and very possibly roll, probably the very reason the factory doesn't offer that type of blade for that unit.

Think twice about fabricating something that can get you in a lot of legal trouble, or have a huge liability policy and a lawyer in your back pocket. ;)
