3pt won't go down

I have a new one for me. This morning I went to use my tractor, L3901, raised the 3pt to get the driveway maintainer off the ground and now the 3pt won't go back down. any thoughts? I just had the floor plates and kick plate off to coat them, could I have done something to it then?

Stupid me! Panic averted , When removing the kick plate I had to raise the knob that sits under the seat in order to get it off and I failed to screw it back down. This knob controls the 3pt and normally i never touch it.
Sometimes it is the simple things that throw you for a loop.

There is nothing wrong with asking a question, and then answering your own question. The problem becomes when you ask a question, answer the question, then say "huh"!

It's real easy to overlook simple....just the way men think (or don't). It's just a nice feeling when things work like they are suppose to.
