3 point piston seals

Hi all, i'm in the process of replacing the seals on the 3 point piston. The problem in front of me is the pistion seems the "stuck" in the bore probably due to swollen o-ring... somebody have a tip for me to pull the piston out??

I see several options depending at the stage of disassembly.

1. Use the hydraulic oil flow to push the piston out making certain you recognize it is coming out with considerable force
2. Use compressed air. Similar cautions apply as above.
3. Rotate the upper lift arms as they are going to react against the piston
