Hello. I’m new to Kubota. New to this forum. Just purchased 2022 L4701 front loader and backhoe. After delivery person left. I noticed the lift bars and draw bar lying unattached. Kneeled down and attempted to attach, but, with back hoe frame - it doesn’t seem like they ( lift bars) will attach..?? Am I missing something..?
Thank you for the help !

I dont know SFS about that backhoe but in general the backhoe has to come off before you can install the lift arms.

What Dan said…

you will have to install them when you remove the hoe, remove them when you want to reattach the hoe.

On my BX23S I have to remove the back hoe to put on the 3 point system. No other way to do it. Good luck It only takes about 10 minutes to remove the back hoe.

TY all, I figured it out. The lift bars "eyeballs" slide/fit into a pin that appears welded/ painted gray, but, actually- there are 14mm nuts that hold ( apparent welded/painted) pins in, once the 14mm bolts are loosened the pins slide easily, lift arms mount readily. Thanks for comments..! JTD4701
