If the arms are partly lowered can you lift them by hand?I wish I could post a video but when you go to the back of the tractor when it’s off you can grab the arm and pick it up freely but mine does not do that.

Yeah my issue was it would float and was real stiff we took some hydraulic fluid out of it and it seam to be working better the more it’s usedDo they move up and down freely when the tractor is running?
Hillco "Strong Arm in a Can" is your friend. Spray on grease that's great for lubricating things that don't have Zerk fittings. Penetrating oil is for exactly what it's name implies, penetrating. Most penetrating oils evaporate. Strong Arm does not. I'll recommend HilCo Lube for penetrating oil as well. It's also pretty good for drilling and tapping.Three point arms don't fall down unless there is some weight pulling on them. If the unit is new, the ball sockets need to be used to loosen them, and sometimes, I have seen the balls painted from the assembly plant. Eventually the paint will wear off, and they will work smoothly. A spray of penetrating oil can't hurt, and might even help move the process along a bit faster.
