My three point arms do not move freely like other models older or newer. I’m new with the Kubota as this is only my second one and I just purchased it.

Not sure what you are describing. I have had problems with mine because it has a check rod connected to the lever that cancels the movement when it reaches it's limit. The rod is very easily bent and then becomes difficult to work the three point hitch.

It's not clear in which direction they aren't moving. If they do not lower fast then the knob under your seat if adjust the rate at which they drop. They should move free side to side unless the turnbuckles have been tightened down.

Three point arms don't fall down unless there is some weight pulling on them. If the unit is new, the ball sockets need to be used to loosen them, and sometimes, I have seen the balls painted from the assembly plant. Eventually the paint will wear off, and they will work smoothly. A spray of penetrating oil can't hurt, and might even help move the process along a bit faster.

I wish I could post a video but when you go to the back of the tractor when it’s off you can grab the arm and pick it up freely but mine does not do that.

If the arms are partly lowered can you lift them by hand?

Your valve isn't centering from your description. There should be some resistance on the upper arms, but not that much so that you can't move it. Check the lever on your tractor to make sure that it is in the center position, not the up or down position. Also, check to see that the locking knob under the seat is turned fully counter clockwise to the release any residual pressures.

Hillco "Strong Arm in a Can" is your friend. Spray on grease that's great for lubricating things that don't have Zerk fittings. Penetrating oil is for exactly what it's name implies, penetrating. Most penetrating oils evaporate. Strong Arm does not. I'll recommend HilCo Lube for penetrating oil as well. It's also pretty good for drilling and tapping.
