Dealer or private? When was it put into service? After 7-01-16 has an additional 3 years of power train warranty.

I don't know what that guy is smoking.. 3K to 5K a month for 5 to 10 acres is insane for farm land, no one in his right mind would pay that!

That 'farm ground' is actually not far from us. Leased ground generally goes for 150-200 per acre and growing season around here. A neighbor actually farms 3 sides of that rectangle and didn't buy it.
