2013 M9066 dash lights come in but won’t start

Tractor was running fine. Hosed it down, was careful where the water went. Went to go move tractor and all that happend was the dash lights came on. The dash says the PTO engaged sign and it does say eng ng. Not sure what that code means. Any ideas on what’s wrong?

Many problems starting are caused by exiting the tractor and bumping the PTO lever or control, which activates the safety switch and tells the tractor not to start. Your problem could be caused by a drop of water in an electrical connector which is shorting the pins together, same as activating the switch.

Maybe ng means No Ground. Might check your electric connections and make sure all components are dry.
